Client: Sunset Magazine/Clarum Homes
Show the environmentally friendly features incorporated into the construction of a Clarum Home.

the solution

Using photographs and blueprints, we created a cutaway illustration that demonstrated the environmental features without diminishing the beauty of the house. This illustration was initially created for a two-page spread for one of Sunset’s New Idea Homes. The illustration was then also used by the builder—Clarum Homes—to show energy efficiencies incorporated into their houses.
